 CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We understand that plans can change. Because Girls Grappling & Guns events have limited availability and require advance planning, staffing, facility reservations, and other non-refundable expenses, the following cancellation policy applies:

• 14 days or more before the event: Participants may request a full refund, less any non-refundable processing fees.
• 7–13 days before the event: Participants may receive a 50% refund or transfer 100% of their registration fee as credit toward a future Girls Grappling & Guns event.
• Less than 7 days before the event: Registration fees are non-refundable. However, registration may be transferred to another eligible participant with prior approval from Girls Grappling & Guns.
• No-shows: No refunds or credits will be issued. 

All participants must meet any applicable legal, age, identification, facility, and safety requirements for the firearms portion of the event. Failure to meet these requirements, or removal from an activity due to failure to follow safety instructions, does not qualify for a refund.

• Event Cancellation: If Girls Grappling & Guns cancels an event, participants will receive a full refund of their registration fee.

• Event Rescheduling: If an event is rescheduled, registrations will automatically transfer to the new date. Participants who are unable to attend the rescheduled date may request a refund within the timeframe communicated by Girls Grappling & Guns.

By registering for the event, participants acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
